The Role

As our Institutional Research Lead, you will report directly to the Founder and play a pivotal role in shaping Blockstories into the go-to information platform for institutions and investors.

Your core mission:

1. Launch and scale Blockstories’ Institutional Briefing into the most-read digital assets newsletter for finance professionals across Europe.
2. Drive the development of best-in-class institutional research products.
3. Take the lead in designing high-impact events and webinars that showcase strategies and playbooks for traditional finance players navigating digital assets.

Now, to make it more tangible, these are your key responsibilities:

• Launch the Most Influential Institutional Newsletter on Digital Assets
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the most critical developments at the intersection of crypto and traditional finance, with a focus on stablecoins, tokenization, regulation, and enterprise-grade infrastructure.
  • Write and publish a high-impact institutional newsletter that delivers actionable insights and big-picture analysis for finance professionals.
  • Get the inside scoop—interview top founders, executives, and industry leaders to extract exclusive insights that others can’t.
• Grow an Audience That Moves Markets
  • Use smart, unconventional growth strategies to expand Blockstories' reach inside banks, asset managers, and financial institutions—not just increase subscribers, but make sure the right people read and act on it.
  • Define, track, and optimize the KPIs that matter—subscriber growth, open rates, engagement, and influence in key decision-making circles.
• Build Research Products That Shape Decisions Inside Institutions
  • Go beyond surface-level reports—create deep-dive institutional research that banks, asset managers, and other regulated financial institutions depend on for strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with industry leaders and internal teams to develop premium research products that set the standard for institutional crypto analysis.
• Curate High-Impact Industry Events
  • Bring top finance executives into the room—design and execute exclusive in-person and digital events where institutions get the strategies, playbooks, and best practices they need to navigate digital assets.

What We’re Looking For

• Deep Expertise in Digital Assets & Institutional Finance
  • Proven experience and sharp insights into stablecoins, tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, and regulation.
  • A strong grasp of traditional banking, asset management, or institutional finance is a major plus.
